Welcome to our online plant shop! By using our website and purchasing plants from us, you agree to abide by the following terms of service:

Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product information including plant descriptions, images, and care instructions. However, please note that plant sizes and colours may vary due to natural growth patterns, lighting and watering habits. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the product information provided. We use different pest control methods like pesticide sprays and beneficial insects throughout the year.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to change prices, sale prices, and discount codes and/or to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Any use of discount codes that have been used incorrectly (see code rule during checkout) will result in your order being cancelled and refunded back to you. If so, you may place your order again without the discount code. Ensure that discount codes are applied during checkout before order fulfillment. Failure to do so will result in the discount being ineligible for refund. Discount codes may be invalid during sale periods. Upon ordering you accept these terms of service. You may pay for your order using our secure online payment system. All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. 

Shipping
We offer delivery within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA only. Shipping costs will be calculated at a fixed price fee for delivery and the size of the order. We are not responsible for any delays, damages or losses that occur during shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with an Australia post tracking number. We ship Monday/Tuesday after payment has cleared processing. We do not refund for any shipping delays with Australia Post Express.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the damage. We may provide a full or partial refund based on our assessment of the damage severity.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is our intellectual property and may not be used without our written consent.

Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase. We will not share your information with any third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
