All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express with tracking. Plant will be sent (in pot + saucer) Monday/Tuesday after sale has processed. See checkout for shipping fees. Tracking your parcel is available via the Australia Post app.
Combined Shipping is available pending plant selections. Generally fits 2-3, 100mm/small pots per box or x2 140mm/large pots. We can also combine plants with substrate orders (excluding Melty Mix; Desert). Alternatively we can combine any Melty Mix or substrate order (including Melty Mix; Desert).
Excess shipping fees over $30 will be refunded when shipping is processed. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for shipping delays with Australia Post Express. Please allow an extra day or two if there are postage delays. Missing parcel, parcel delays or parcel damages must be followed up with Australia Post direct through their app or online (upon arrival please hold on to packaging and contents, video and images will need to be supplied for their report/claim lodgement).
POSTAGE
Accept most forms of payment including Afterpay and PayPal. (AUD only)
PAYMENT
Australia only - selling to NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA. No orders to quarantine states. If made by mistake your order will be cancelled and refunded back to you.
Quarantine states – feel free to contact Rare Plants direct for any concierge services.
ORDERS
No refunds on change of mind. Please email if you have any concerns about your plant on arrival.

ORDERS
No refunds for change of mind as this is a custom order. Do be mindful of sizing requirements before purchasing as there is no size swapping being a custom order. Please email if you have any concerns about your order on arrival.
REFUNDS
