Process: All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express with tracking. Orders will be dispatched in their pots/containers/pouches the next available Monday/Tuesday following the clearance of payment by Sunday, 8am AEST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week. See checkout for shipping fees. Tracking your parcel is available via the Australia Post app.
Reporting: Please be aware that Melty Plants is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, and we do not offer compensation for late deliveries. Please allow an extra day or two if there are postage delays. Missing parcel, parcel delays or parcel damages must be followed up with Australia Post direct through their app or online (upon arrival please hold on to packaging and contents, video and images will need to be supplied for their report/claim lodgement).
Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping based on your plant selections. Typically, our XL Parcel Box can accommodate 2-3 plants in 100mm pots at a cost of $30. Any excess shipping fees over $30 will be promptly refunded. If you're unsure about which plants will fit, please feel free to send us an email via the contact form and we'll happily assist you.
We can combine Melty Mix; Tropical with any plant order due to its lightweight nature.
Unfortunately we cannot combine shipping for Melty Mix; Desert. It must ship separately due to its weight.

Accept most forms of payment including Afterpay and PayPal. (AUD only)
Australia only - selling to NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA. No orders to quarantine states. If made by mistake your order will be cancelled and refunded back to you.
Quarantine states – feel free to contact Rare Plants direct for any concierge services.
ORDERS
No refunds on change of mind. Please email if you have any concerns about your plant on arrival.
